No card or bank details are ever accessed or stored by Busy Bees Patchwork, all card processing is done through a secure third party provider (PayPal).

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We take a deposit on each workshop that we run to reserve your place. Two weeks beforehand we request that the balance of your workshop is paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell it if the course is not paid in full within the two week policy. All online bookings are paid in full at the time of your booking.
If you find it necessary to cancel your workshop, we are happy to transfer the money paid to another class, within two week of the class starting. After two weeks we cannot refund your money, as we will have now committed to paying our tutor and where necessary hire a room.
Busy Bees Patchwork have a loyalty card system that will be available from the 1st March 2016, whereby we will reward our customers with one stamp for every £10.00 spent in the shop. Loyalty card points can be collected on fabrics and all types of threads but are not available on workshops or gift vouchers. Ten stamps will enable a 10% discount off one purchase over the value of £20.00.
