If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as quickly as possible by email, so that we can assist you. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been removed from their original packaging, such as haberdashery or for any items that were a special order. We cannot pay for the return of the item, unless it is faulty or shipped in error.
Your order is important to us, so if you do receive an item that is faulty we will be happy to discuss a replacement and to pay for the return and re-sending of a replacement. We do check all returns for faults when they arrive back at our premises and reserve the right to re-send the item and to recover all costs in returning it to you if a fault cannot be found.
