The Flower Garden Embroidery with Kim Hardy Saturday 20th February 2027
A kit will be provided on the day at a cost of £20.00 this includes all the
materials to finish the piece.
The flower garden has been created by Kim to experiment with different
surface stitches to create flowers. All plants chosen are used for dying
material and has a brief history in the workshop instructions.
Stitches covered are French Knots, Seed Stitch, Detached Chain,
Holbein, Buttonhole, Closed Fly Stitch, Star Stitch. Silk Shading
technique and the garden is finished with bees.
