We hand pick your goods,pack and send them via Royal mail, within a day of receiving your order. All small packet items are sent by 1st class mail, anything that does not fit in the large letter slot at the post office will be sent by 2nd class mail. If your order is very bulky it is sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force and can take up to 48 hours to reach you.
We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged by Royal Mail, but are happy to assist you to make a claim for the losses by providing you with details of shipping.
All orders over £25.00 are sent free of charge within the UK. If you wish your order to be sent to a BFPO address please contact us, we are more than happy to help.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as quickly as possible by email, so that we can assist you. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been removed from their original packaging, such as haberdashery or for any items that were a special order. We cannot pay for the return of the item, unless it is faulty or shipped in error. Your order is important to us, so if you do receive an item that is faulty we will be happy to discuss a replacement and to pay for the return and re-sending of a replacement. We do check all returns for faulst when they arrive back at our premises and reserve the right to re-send the item and to recover all costs in returning it to you if a fault cannot be found.
